The Boxers originally started in 1998 and we put our first ever team into the BiSHA SW league. The following season we added more teams to the South West league and had 3 age groups playing competitive hockey. In 2000 the Senior team came together and named them selves the Vipers. The club now has 4 teams, 1 in each age group with around 40 players in all. We have gained players from all over the South West which has helped us become the club we are today.

Over the last few years the club began looking towards the future and so we use the skills and experience of the senior players to train the younger age groups. Although the club is young we have already seen rewards for the effort we have put into the younger players.

Our PeeWee team has been in the top 7 at the BiSHA Nationals three years running and the U12's are waiting to being their second BiPHA puck nationals.

With everybody pulling in the same direction, the Gloucester Boxers SHC are looking towards the future with renewed faith and we have hope for the future

10 to 16 year olds train on Saturdays, 09.30am and 11.30am
16 year olds + can train on Wednesdays, 21.00 and 22.30
18 year olds + train on Mondays 21.00 to 22.30
